What is Keyphrase Analysis?

Keyphrase analysis is the term used by SEO experts to find the correct phrases to optimise a website. These phrases that are found are then called keyphrases.

Keyphrase analysis consists of 5 main processes but these do vary depending on the business.

The main processes are: Questioning the customer; researching into competitors; checking search volumes; checking search competition; and choosing the correct page for the correct keyphrase. Search competition This is the process of checking how many competitors there are for different phrases. This is initially broken down into 2 main sections; the first is the number of pages that appear on Google for a specific phrase and the second is checking the quality of the top competing pages for the phrases.
